Fondere i sottotitoli con il video

Ciao a tutti, ogni tanto mi diverto a subbare 1 puntata di un anime, così solo per il gusto di farlo, ma non ho mai capito come si fondono i sottotitoli con il video e che programma va usato (tranquilli non voglio diventare un vostro concorrente, anche perchè siete troppo bravi XD)
